Build powerful culturesLEADERSHIPOrganisational success is closely aligned to leadership success. High performance leadership is more likely to be achieved if there is a clear description of the organisation’s strategic intent and the type of leadership needed to deliver it. To truly capitalise on investment in leadership development and build capacity in team, mid-level and senior leaders, it is critical to align the organisation’s vision, mission, culture and leadership. This alignment of leadership to strategy can be achieved in two ways – using our Cultural Transformation Tools methodology and by applying the dimensions of Emotional Intelligence. Cultural Transformation Tools allow both self-assessment and 360° assessment of leaders to understand their alignment with the organisation’s culture. A comprehensive report provides input to program development tailored to organisational needs. Emotional intelligence centres leadership development on self-awareness and self-management, leading to more resilient and higher performing organisational leaders. PDF uses these and other tools outlined below in the development of programs or we can customise programs to meet the specific leadership and cultural development needs of customers. CULTURAL TRANSFORMATIONPDF works with organisations to achieve a coherent and cohesive culture which harnesses the power and motivations of its people. PDF uses Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) to build this cultural capital. With these tools, we assess the current culture, identify the desired culture and demonstrate the degree of personal alignment of employees. The CTT report identifies and measures the elements of culture that are working well and those that are distracting people and impacting on productivity. It provides powerful insights that guide the development of a high performance culture and the achievement of organisational success. Importantly, it aligns culture to strategy to achieve new levels of organisational performance. TEAM BUILDINGGreat relationships among team members drive great team performance. Building understanding of self and others is the foundation stone for building successful teams and addressing languishing team performance. PDF chooses the most appropriate tool to build high performing teams. We apply the insights provided by either the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), which takes a whole brain approach to team performance, the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), which helps in the management of conflict and empowers individuals to choose and manage their own behaviours, or DiSC Behavioural Profile, which measures four dimensions of individual behaviour in order to better understand personal motivators, work habits and behavioural styles. This understanding and insight is then used to inform the development and performance of groups of people within organisations. |
