Our business focuses on four strategic areas: Think and act strategically PDF has achieved significant success working with government, business and community sectors around Australia. We are supported by a part-time administrative assistant and work closely with other professionals and subject matter experts to provide the outcomes for customers.
About usMICHAEL GORDONMichael is a founding Director of PDF Management Services which was established in 1999. He gained his skills and knowledge in a varied career, with 14 years working in country fire services culminating in the role as Manager of the Adelaide residential State Fire Training College. He has worked in the training, employment and youth sectors and owned and operated small businesses. Michael has a track record of community involvement, serving on a number of boards. In his work, he has established a reputation for creative and relevant service design and delivery, and excellence in facilitation, community consultation, problem-solving and planning. Bachelor of Business, Associate Diploma Training & Development, Graduate Diploma Fire Engineering, Graduate Diploma (Honours) Antarctic and Southern Ocean Studies, Graduate Directors Course GED DIBLEYGed has been a Director of PDF for over 10 years. In this time he has led a range of assignments working predominantly in the social program area with government and community sector clients. Ged worked for over 15 years in human services in the Tasmanian Public Service, with leadership roles in disability services, community care, social housing and child welfare. Here he undertook strategic planning, managed statewide services and provided advice to government. Ged has maintained a strong focus on social programs particularly in the areas of health promotion, local government planning, road safety and social housing. Ged has particular expertise in program review and evaluation, and resource design and development, and brings a strong evidence-based focus to his practice. Graduate Certificate Corporate Management, Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training, Member Australasian Evaluation Society FAE ROBINSONFae is an insightful and versatile strategic management specialist with extensive public and private sector experience in corporate and business strategy, organisational development and change, strategic and community marketing, and business and performance management. Fae is passionate about developing vision-guided, values-driven high performing organisations. She brings a futures perspective to strategy and strategic planning and recognises the role of culture in organisational success. It is organisational culture – its values and leadership – that is the powerhouse for both organisational success and employee fulfilment. Fae’s focus is on developing successful organisations by connecting strategy with culture. She has a wealth of experience that spans commercial enterprise, economic development and tourism, road safety, social housing, education and many aspects of the health sector.
