EVALUATIONS

Understanding the results you have achieved is a critical part of gathering evidence for future action. PDF is skilled at evaluating the performance of strategies, plans and programs to provide evidence of outcomes, impacts, timeliness and quality as the first step in a new cycle.

PDF regards evaluations as serving the dual roles of accountability and learning. They are developmental processes, building action learning as part of longer-term understanding of effectiveness. We create meaning for funding bodies, service providers and service recipients alike, pay particular attention to participative approaches, balance the perspectives of stakeholders by combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and ensure processes are both consultative and transparent.
